I recently stumbled across the cliche that is old caused by Cicero: “More is lost by indecision than wrong decision.”

Every company is being expected to create choices with incomplete information appropriate now.  Exactly what information that is limited do have can change quickly. There’s often no right that is clear this kind of a climate of uncertainty.  Therefore, the standard choice is not any choice after all.  That’s the trail of resistance that is least.
