#2: Monitor Saves and Shares

Saves and shares are a couple of metrics that are important assessing the performance of your content on Instagram. What type of content would make your followers want to save a post—educational content, inspiring quotes, tips, tricks, or how-tos? Spend some time content that is brainstorming your Instagram audience is likely to want to save.

The same is true of sharing your posts. People want to share content that’s entertaining or humorous or makes them seem like they will have some perceived authority. What type of content would you create in your brand that could encourage someone to share it making use of their followers?
